Our Mission

With the transformative power of the Gospel, we exist to make disciples of Jesus, who are heirs of eternity and servant leaders in their community.

Our Vision

By reaching out to the Hampton Height community with the transformative power of the Gospel, we will help children know and believe in Jesus as their Savior and that they are disciples and heirs of eternal life through Him. We will provide every child with an excellent, Christ-centered education that will equip them to be servant leaders in their community.

“I have held many things in my hands, and I have lost them all; but whatever I have placed in God’s hands, that I still possess.”

Martin Luther

Our History

Located in the Hampton Heights neighborhood of Milwaukee, Mount Lebanon Lutheran School has been educating children for over 95 years. Firmly planted on the truth of God's word, Mount Lebanon faculty and staff seek to partner with parents. Our scholars know the grace of God and that they are heirs of eternal life.

As disciples of Christ and leaders for the community, they are prepared to lead by serving and through their service share the Gospel message with others. Mount Lebanon Lutheran Church and School is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS).

State Report Cards & Academic Results

Mount Lebanon Lutheran School is the only school in Milwaukee to receive a 5-star report card for 6 years in a row!

We have a firm belief that every student can succeed no matter where they start. On average each school year, a Mount Lebanon student grows nearly 1 1/2 years in math and reading. Mount Lebanon teachers create individual student success plans, detailing goals, milestones, and a path for achievement for each student.

Title 1 services are available at each campus for students who need extra support in math and reading.

Our Partners
