Enrollment Information

Milwaukee & Wisconsin Parental Choice Program

Voucher program available for families based on residency and income qualifications. 

The income limits for a family to participate in the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) and the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) can be found at the DPI website. 

Open enrollment for the MPCP typically occurs between the 1st - 20th of each month beginning in February. Open enrollment for the WPCP is February 1st to April 20th. 

The online application for the MPCP and WPCP is completed on the DPI website. An application is required each school year. 

Special Needs Scholarship Program

Students with active IEPs can apply for a state voucher covering tuition through the Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP). 

Applications are completed in person at the school office at 6100 W Hampton Ave

Steps to Enroll Online

  1. Complete DPI requirements online.

  2. Bring the following items to Mount Lebanon Lutheran School

    • Proof of Address (current wage statement, utility bill, lease agreement, tax bill, government issued letter)

    • Verification of Income (last year’s taxes if filed, your W-2 form - wage & tax statement)

      If you have no taxable income and receive government subsidies, bring: food share information, supplemental security income (SSI) proof, Wisconsin Works Cash Benefits (W2) statement, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), rent assistance document

    • A student in the foster care/kinship program needs to provide proof of participation - no other income verification is required.
