The Church’s Heartbeat #2 - Open Hands

When Solomon dedicated the temple, he knelt with open hands, pleading for God to hear, forgive, and help his people (2 Chronicles 6:12–21). In worship, we also come as beggars with open hands—receiving God’s mercy and grace in Word and Sacrament, and then going out to share where true bread is found.
